The cosmetics area is all setup like a swapmeet. Flow of traffic is stopped whne a family has to stop when the mom wants to see makeup.
Try to shop orange county Macy's or any other retail stores cheaper sales tax in the OC!!!

This used to be The Broadway before changing to a Macy's. Unfortunately, the store still looks the same as The Broadway some nearly 40 years ago.

Very unorganized, not attractive
Worst service! Typically understaffed during the week. Simple shoe purchase took forever. Passed on a bag due to disorganized staff . This store gives Macy's a bad name!
