The theaters just got a remodel with recliners and new speakers. It is way better than it used to be!

Come here instead of River East if you want to enjoy the movie . Less crowded , and you rarely get the idiots that insist on either talking or using their cellphones during the show.

Nice set of movie theaters located on the top floor of this building. Plenty of late start times available. Expect to pay more for a ticket since this theater is on the mag mile .

Great seating! With Stubs Premiere membership, so many perks that no reason I cant see every new movie here premiere day. Only negative is food & beverage options still limited and overpriced.

I love the reclining seats ! Be prepared - they take all food away (as a tourist I had a cheesecake to eat at the hotel and they stored this!). No problems if you're short - you can still see!

The front rows are EXTREMELY close to the screen and it doesn't have stadium seating . Get there on time to get a decent seat or it will ruin your movie . IMHO, I'd walk 5 min to the AMC River East …

Seats are reservable . Due to no stadium seating , I'd recommend not choosing the first row. Even the back row seats are great in these theaters.

I like their comfy seats and their vast variety of food but sometimes they forget to bring it to you so consider picking it up yourself when it’s busy

Seats are new, large and comfy . They recline almost all the way back. If you get there early, check out the bar .

They now serv a large verity of food and alcoholic beverages . The awesome reclining oversized seats are the best ever.

The chicken fingers are fantastic--far better than your average bar food chicken fingers . And they're delivered to your seat!

Avoid auditorium 1. It's the biggest and the only one I've been in that has large trays that make getting in to your seat very awkward.

The new reclining seats are amazing and you now do your own seat selection. Really nice upgrades.

I haven't been here since they upgraded the seating and was pleasantly surprised. The chairs are so comfy !

Can't go wrong with this centrally-located theater. Decent arcade games to play while you wait.

In the midst of renovations. New seats are plush and comfy - wonder if they will implement assigned seating.

Most bizarre cinema seating arrangement, ever. No tiered/stadium seating + generally they're scattered around sides of the room w/a few awkward islands in the middle, w/way too much room surrounding.

The seats in the theaters are soooo comfortable . 100% fallen asleep in a couple of times because of the seats

This place is kinda ghetto in the sense that you have reserved seating but if you want food and/or drink you have to get your ass up and get it yourself. What's the point of dine-in again?

Always a great alternative to AMC River East , especially if you're on Michigan Ave. and are looking to kill a couple hours.

Not sure what theatre can do to add stadium seating like everyone is complaining about. Add another floor to the middle of the building?

Comfy seats but if you’re ordering food expect to wait at least 30 min.

Parking is a pain so it's best to take public transit. The place lacks stadium style seating. And the auditoriums are a bit cramped due to this. Otherwise its a clean environment to catch a movie .

Comfy seats , drinks & movie . What more could you ask for.

The food is actually very good

The kids pack popcorn and drink were the perfect snacking amount.

The women's bathroom looked unkept. there was water all over the sink & the toliet paper dispensers had no cover ???? popcorn costs alot & only the large got a refill!

The trays are removable. Thank God. They are annoying and make the chair a lot more awkward.

They've got those sleep-in-me reclining loveseats here. Know your neighbor

Visiting here from out of state and wasn't impressed with the employees. Not to friendly and over priced concessions! Bring your own and was in room 9 and really not a true theater seating!

Burgers are pretty awesome. Fries are perfect

Also: I just left my movie , on a Saturday night at 11pm, to get water.. and the concession stands are closed for the night. #solame
