For the best snorkeling start out at the North end of Wailea Beach and swim out along the reef up to Ulua Beach ...best time is the morning to see sea turtles , fish and tons of other sea life .

Great hotel . Had ocean view on 8th floor of Haleakala Hale. Do watch out for the concierge though. David pulled a bait and switch on a timeshare presentation. Demand 75k points to attend.

Wonderful resort ! We have stayed here twice and would never stay anywhere else. Awesome staff , good food and drinks, terrific pools....what more do you need? Our only prob was with the room internet

Trent unloaded our luggage, gave us a golf cart tour of the resort , dropped us off at our room with our luggage. He was so nice, informative, and helpful!

Ask for a map of the campus when you check in. You're going to get lost without one. The campus is really well maintained. Not great for kids, more of an adult scene compared to the other hotels .

Resort fee is $30 a day, but definitely worth it. Includes daily self parking and discounts on everything from dining to shipping packages in the business center . Also includes 2 free Mai tai drinks!

The fruit slushies in the bar by the pool are really good even though they cost $8.75. Island Passion is the best flavor.

the Spa is huge and beautiful, save time for lounging on the lanai overlooking the ocean and swimming pools , it is very relaxing

I think this is the best hotel for kids; has a kids' pool section and waterside that my niece & nephew love & look forward to coming back for :)

Have dinner at Mala restaurant for the sunset , have lunch at Kumu bar & grill for the food (guava BBQ pork sandwich and Pacific crab club are top of our list)

You'll get complimentary 2 hour Wifi access code, if you purchased anything at the Starbucks. The signal is not strong at there, though. Move to main Robby and you'll get the strongest signal.

Conveniently located on the Wailea Beach Jogging Path and right next door to the Shops of Wailea. You barely need a car if you stay here!

Rennovation is so nice. Resort seems to be good for all traveler types.

Ask the receptionist nicely, and they will set aside some koi food for you to feed them yourselves.

Hale 7 is near the Kids Zone and the Luau. We liked this spot.

Don't forget to pay for parking !
