Azuma consistently churns out great Japanese staples. Sashimi/sushi are always fresh and succulent. Baked Scampi with Mayonaise , Ebi Tempura & Terriyaki Chicken are superb. Avoid Steak with miso sauce

Authentic & expensive Japanese restaurant (confirmed by a Japanese co-worker). Had cold yakisoba , tempura , and Japanese dessert . Also try Yebisu beer produced by Sapporo Brewery .

amazing taste of Azuma's take on grilled scampi . Unforgettable. Very pricey for only 3 pieces though

Have been a few times. Always delicious, nice ambiance. Possibly the best Japanese cuisine in Sydney.

Nigiri is not bad here but the miso cod was dry and not tender. The wagyu beef was good quality but the sauce wasn't tasty. Pork belly was mediocre. It was so hard to get the waiter 's attention!
