U get a taste of local life, there’s a plethora of standard “HK cafe ” options to choose from. Manage ur expectations-nothing particularly spectacular, just simple decent offering in a humble spot
Don't expect service in 茶餐廳 all across HKG. I like the egg tarts they serve here. Had it twice throughout my stay (as my apartment was just upstairs) Legend has it that the milk coffee is good here.
egg tarts gets mention here because the pastry is extra thick and crumbly which also means you wear half of it on your clothes if not seated. French toast has peanut butter inside. Expect zero service
Best egg tart in HK! Git to try HK Style breakfast macaroni .
So for egg tart enthusiasts thinking this will be better than San Francisco's famous Golden Gate bakery . Not true. The flaky crust isn't buttery enough here.
Hot coffee and egg tart are nice. Worth to give a try.
good alternative to Australian Dairy. more options for food, less crowded . milk tea was not good.
Took away egg tarts over the window counter. Yes, the liquid egg portion is soft. Other than that, nothing special. Guess I like Portuguese egg tarts more.
It was alright. They have an English menu if you need it. Get a milk tea and the egg tart .
Really not fantastic - no queue here but leave your calories somewhere else (totally not worthy) and a minimal spending of 22hkd per pax
A very popular hk style cafe for tourists but their food is just ok, doesn't really deserve its frame.
Yummy egg custard !!! For only 8hkd.
Egg tart are good and cheap !
Nice for a puff pastry type of egg tart but if o was to compare to all other types....its just average.
I paid $36 for a breakfast here, compared to $30 for same breakfast in other restaurants nearby. The waiters talked and cursed a lot. Felt like eating in Mong Kok
Had yin yang, almond drink, bola bun , thick toast and egg tart . Only egg tart is nice. ????????
Pineapple bun was good, staff not very friendly
Love their coffee
I like their milk tea
Free wifi without password.
Oily floor, be very careful when you are inside.
Egg tarts and breakfast .
Yummy egg tart (6hkd) eat while hot!
Haven't been to here for long long time....
Good satay beef instant noodles !
Very dirty even for Hong Kong tea house standards
Not too bad.
I like the bread here very good , but the staff not very nice
Garbage service and overpriced for the food. $20 minimum per person.
Totally overrated!
Service is like crap
店內香港阿哥看似兇狠,但其實非常貼心,還要我和朋友們慢慢看菜單。鴛鴦非常好喝。
断然エッグタルト !ミルクティー と。
One of the more over-priced tea restaurants (茶餐廳) in Hong Kong. Famous but average.
奶茶一流。侍應整體上唔太友善。
下午茶無咗薑葱雞扒撈丁 -_-
Come here for the steamed milk and egg puddings -- not the service. Ginger, coffee, and chocolate steamed milk puddings are Hong Kong classics. Lightly sweet and delicious. Open late, takeaway avail. - Amy Graff
The French toast is the bomb. I've had better milk tea, but it is a nice compliment to the meal. Must visit. - Dave Martin
You can't find a better representative of local Hong Kong & Cha Chang Teng food. Egg tart, chicken pie, milk tea, instant noodles. Must try!! - Brian Yu
As with most places in HK know exactly what you are looking for before you buy. Refunds are very rare. - Chris L.
Line starts forming an hour before opening hours! Tasty and flavorful roast goose and crispy peking duck ???? - Hezaline Yip
3-meat combo (三寶) on point, and their soup of the day is always promising. - s h .
