Be sure that if you're buying something in the store you really want it. Because you can only exchange it or get store credit .
They ran out of store credits and I stood in line for 15 min. What kind of B.s. is that?! I can return my $8 item in the mail and pay for shipping or come back when they have cards. Customer svc bad!
Just learned the hard way: they never return actual money, only give store credit . But I'll be happy to spend it on more jewelry/accessories sometime soon.
