Russian Fort Elizabeth State Historical Park is a park Waimea located in United States.
Kaumualii Hwy Waimea , HI 96769 United States
the fort is a pile of rocks equivalent to the Great Wall of China pre-7th century bc.
The fort itself isn’t much to look at but interesting historical narrative on the posted signs.
If you have time go and look you can pass this activityzzzz
Small park , not much fort left. Drive down the bumpy road for a nice beach view .
Not much left of the Fort but the beach view beyond is good. Red dirt everywhere.
It need some weeding.
Less of a fort and more of a place where abandoned cars go to die, but there's a bit of nice beachfront regardless.
Seemed nice from outside, not much left there.
Drive car to the water
Nothing left of the fort but rocks and rubble.
Pretty sure I'm the only Russian here. Trash everywhere. FFS, people.
We did the 930am Best of Both Worlds tour. Our guide Sam was fantastic and his father planted many of the trees/plants in the tour. Great tour - Alright! - Peter Barbounis
Pretty. The fact that there was a rainbow right when we stopped made it even better. - Ana Silva
Awesome samples of various coffees and coffee flavored items. Beautiful location. - Damon B
Great beach to hang out. Lots of locals. Also, Birds of Paradise operate out of the little airstrip and you can see the motorized gliders take off. - Laura George
Beautiful, beautiful. Come early before it's covered with tourists. - Brian Duncan
