one of the last inner suburban pubs that you can sink back a couple of carlton draughts and have a pub meal

Only get the shoestring fries if you're starving or if there are a lot of you! So many chips ! I'd recommend for 3-4 people+. Pretty good chips though.

Home of the Bogan burger (steak , schnitzel , bacon , beetroot , cheese , lettuce on a garlic buttered pide), but we prefer the Skippy - a Kangaroo steak with fries .

The black bean burger is vegan and delicious. Be warned the portion is huge so pace yourself!

Fun British style pub , good food. Their veggie burger can be made vegan ! Delicious!

There are better places to eat nearby. Lovely pub , always busy. Book a table if you do want to eat here to avoid disappointment. They also have a beer garden .

The steak is worth travelling 12000 kilometers for. Was $20 for what seemed like forever, then $23 now $25. Still so worth it.

We had the Roo fillets, Bogan burger and Chicken Parma topped with Roo instead of ham ...awesome! Roo cooked perfectly :)

Try the beef and bone marrow burger . It is the bomb!

The kangaroo salad here is, by far, the BEST way to eat 'roo.

The trio of sausages are definately worth trying as is the kangaroo topped chicken parmigiana . Great value !

Love the Napier for a cool drink but not much choice if your vego! They put chicken stocking all their soups .

Maybe I came on the wrong night but my steak sandwich was very ordinary. Staff member didn't even want to know why I'd only taken one bite. Good spot for a drink though.
