Ernst is a 12 seat restaurant. Seated along the counter directly at the kitchen, guests are invited to spend an evening with us observing the methodical preparation of the menu and interacting with the team throughout the process. We ask that guests set aside 3 to 4 hours for the experience.

Dylan and his team makes no compromises when it comes to sourcing ingredients and bringing out the very best in them. This 30-course, 3-hour counter dining experience is flawless.
Serious they are. But also very, very good at what they do.
We went on the blurred border between winter and spring, and the vegetable and preserved fruit dishes (those peaches !) were particularly mindblowing. Desserts were some of the best I’ve ever eaten.
The way they celebrate vegetables is just wonderful. Expert cooking, charming atmosphere, very personal and welcoming.
