Definitely an older Stop & Shop location. All of the store decor is very 90s and not a lot has been updated. But because of the presence of TJ's a block up the road , it's almost always empty!
Much smaller than the one in north Allston. Parking is limited too.
Instant potatoes and gravies are in between the pasta and vegetables . Quite out of place.
It's a shame that such a great location is occupied by a giant convenience store . The selection is just above average, no one looks you in the eye, and the hours are fantastic. They're open until 11 m
Not very cheap , but great variety of products.
Far better S&S prices than the Roxbury Crossing 02120 S&S just a little further up on the #66 bus
I was able to exchange a part of my groceries without problems.
Use the self-check out to safe some time. Deli counter is terrible and there is no meat/seafood counter. Location is it's only saving grace.
Red Box!!
Coge siempre bolsa doble, que se rompen con sólo mirarlas
Went to buy some butter and saw a sweet potato pie, kids never had SPP so bought that as well it was pretty good - Ed Loessi
Great prices vs. quality, especially for cheese, beer and wine. Competitive with both Star Market in Fenway and the Whole Foods in Brighton in most areas, between both in quality and selection. - Enrico Manalo
Huge selection of craft beer at reasonable prices. - Eric
The team members in sushi at Whole Foods Market in Brighton are fantastic about preparing rolls to your custom needs. Their brown rice eel and avocado rolls are awesome! - Kristen Kinnetz
Never had any issue with the personel that work there and yes much more roomier than the one at the corner but they both are very good - Mary 279
