More Chinese pastries than Phoenix Bakery ! Egg tarts , sesame balls , and pineapple buns are where it's at!
Good variety of selection at cheap prices. A bag of five sweet top buns were only $2.95. Buy 2 get 1 free when the expiration date is 3-4 days away. Also serve boba drinks.
The bubble tea is pretty good. I love that it's not that super thick milkshake/ slushy consistency like at a lot of other boba places (Viet run places, i'm looking at you!)

Try their BBQ pork buns . You can buy them 6 to a bag and steam them at home.
