Miraculously, decent AT&T 3G coverage here, on several occasions but YMMV of course. Attwifi spotty as normal, so use tethering.

Don't hover by the area to pick up drinks. Other people have to pass through. Duh.

You're better off going in the morning during the rush. The best and fastest baristas are on staff and you'll get through a lot quicker than during non rush time. Also now serving coconut milk .

Small seating area, so if you don't get a spot right outside, then head up the escalators to the cafeteria for a chat!

Starbucks is Starbucks - pretty much the same everywhere. Still looking for a REAL cafe experience in Chicago.

Get the Starbucks app. They're still ripping you off, but at least you get a tiny bit of it back.

They have more of the food items in stock than a lot of the other Starbucks locations.
