I've stayed in a lot of fancy hotels , but this one is fancy AND cozy AND with a lot of character. On top of that, its location is perfect.
A Rose City icon since 1909, this grande dame's Northwest-style touches include mounted wooden deer heads, framed Columbia Gorge sword ferns, and souvenirs of “genuine Portland rain” in the mini-bar.
Rooms are super cute . Some have no view . Some have a fireplace . Mine had a cute green door.
Great room, super nice employees, everything is clean and seems sustainably run. The bed was really comfortable !
