Great food, awful service. The servers are in such a rush that one would assume they listen via their rear end.

Chipotle in the Heights is awesome, however it's still rather new and the food here reflects that thus far.

They're in such a damn rush - they usually forget something you ask for or better, ask you 4 times to repeat. Calm the hell down.

I love Chipotle, but the service here is so TERRIBLE. Every time I come here they screw up the order and, in turn, are upset with me for noticing. So annoying.

World's slowest Chipotle. Line is always to the door, be preparared to wait.

Easily one of the worst Chipotles I've ever eaten from. It's a bummer because it's the only one in the neighborhood . Food is always undercooked, guac is brown and workers are never attentive.

Finally a Chipotle past 110th Street

The portions don't compare to the ones in the city . I feel like they count the rice grains!

Customer service needs to be better.

They only just opened a week ago and the staff is amazing. Chipotle vets, beware of the newbie customers. It's frustrating when they don't know how to order but be patient. They'll get the hang of it.

Don't know why people leave bad messages about this location, when the employees are very nice and the food is very good.
