The menu is little different from the regular restaurants , limited to sets, but pork ramen was very good. It is very expensive though but that’s Hong Kong airport .

2024年9月現在は地元九州には50店舗程度ありが東京にも店が無く、味千中国が展開ずる中国本土には500店以上あり。日本の味というより中国のラーメン屋 となった。15年位前に香港に一風堂や豚 王ができる以前の美味しい日式ラーメン の味で個人的には懐かしい感じがする。Ultimate Ajisen Ramen は118HKDと日本円にすると脅威の2000円超えw
