Very specious rooms, the ones with balconies are breath taking. Excellent reception but the towels needs updating.
Quite torn about this place: +excellent ambience; antiquated look & feel, sea-view, variety of meals. -lousy staff , the restaurant wasn't even busy,& mixed quality of food.I say try it once at least

This is what you get for a pineapple fresh juice its all water and sugar and the plastic cup wasn’t helpful and I nicely asked for some ice with it, he told me this is a fresh juice ! So rude
They have lovely three bedroom apartments with an amazing beach view and an extraordinary finishing!

Swimming poool should be cooled in summertime , otherwise it is nice hotel with good location and nice swimming pool and bar

Building noise not as disruptive as some make out (Jan 2019) and my room is in the site side of the building.
I had my wedding in the garden venue. It was lovely. But I had to deal with two horrible and incompetent ladies on Reception area - Gigi and Melanie. They need to be trained .

it is really difficult to directly walk in and find the entrance. unfortunately even in 24th floor junior suit there was a bad smell in the bathroom .
