Booked a non-smoker room but were put on the smoking floor, yuk; problem resolved pretty quickly though; breakfast buffet pretty good; very friendly staff; swish bar really good fun on Friday nights - Marlene
Friendly, helpful service, nice room, decent breakfast. One of us dropped her phone in the toilet, and room service happily brought us a box of dry rice to help fix it without batting an eyelid. - Jenn
