Not a bad place if it’s cheap . Staff was very friendly
With only a 5 minute drive downtown. Awesome indoor pool . (Great temp). Completely updated remodel. I'd rate this one of the best Hotels in the Burlington area.
We had an excellent stay! Club Floor was amazing... Free breakfast , even snacks and beverages throughout they day... They even had this huge coffee and espresso maker. Clean rooms , friendly staff .
Great hotel for business travel! Awesome fitness center with new equipment, lovely newly renovated lounge for SPG guests, great food, comfy beds , and nice bed linens. Most importantly it's clean !
Under construction and COVID-19 BS. Hopefully things get better after construction . Everything in the hotel is closed. Restaurant , bar , breakfast .
Tuckaways is ok, but the main room continental breakfast is definitely worth it - even if it isn't complimentary . Sit in the gazebo if possible!
Great location, great price and very friendly staff .
Best front desk team! Kudos to hospitality professionals! Ask where to park for easier room access. Only conference center in VT factoid.
Great place for a convention ! Decent rooms and great communal spaces!
I you're here on a Tuesday, check out the weekly BNI meeting at 7:30am in the Tuckaway 's Restaurant downstairs
Beat view of the Green Mountains is from the sixth floor facing east!
Hotel is undergoing extensive renovation. Until it's done (summer 2014?)....stay away. On the plus side...the staff are friendly and helpful.
Fine place for an event as you can stay here and walk to the conference inside. That's a big deal when it's snowing outside.
Restaurant is a hidden gem - check it out!
A very dog friendly hotel , some guests even leave breed crumbs out in the hallways for them.
Make sure you stop by tuckaways the food is amazing!
Remodeled rooms are nice. This place is no longer a dump . Location = a very steep hike up from downtown. Stay here only for business and with a car.
Check-in and get extra points from Starwood hotels
rooms really are rough, they should bulldoze this place
Mav at the front desk is exceptional.
If you want your wireless internet to work make sure your room os near the lobby.
Make sure to get some room service and ask for Aaron he's great!
This used to be a great hotel , what happened? Not as clean , service not what it used to be. Come on guys, what happened to the little store. Razors in vending machines, not 4 me.
Probably the most disgusting hotel I've stayed in! There were cobwebs in our room-with actual spiders in them!!! Peeling wallpaper and mold on bathroom ceiling . Fish smell in corridors too. Awful!
Good enough, yah!
Truly awful hotel ! Holes in the walls , mold on the bathrooms ceilings , and stains on the carpet. The whole hotel even has a terrible smell. I will never trust the Sheraton brand name again.
This place is like hogwarts. Why is it so confusing to get around? Leave a breadtrail.
7pm check in and the room isn't ready. Really?
Tuck's bloody marys were pretty bland and ordinary
Room service chocolate cake was really dry
02 is cool
Tuck's food wasn't all that great, average at best, but for the price not worth trying again.
Pool has an excellent temperature. Great lighting from the sky roof and plenty of space and seating. One of the better indoor pools. - Richard Revilla
The service here is above average compared to other Courtyard. Free cookies every evening. The room is clean and new with cozy bed. Location is the best just next to Macy's! - Toffee Tian
Very clean and updated, and friendly and professional staff. Well run place! - Randy Herbertson
Great sandwiches! I had both the Turkey BLT and the Green Mountain Melt and they were delicious! - Chrissy Noble
Beer selection is fantastic. HeadyTopper! Burgers are fantastic too. Great spot. - Joey J
Very good beer. Try the Vermont smoked porter, forbidden fruit, or dogbite all good - Ben Scott
