Waikiki Gateway Hotel

Very reasonable for a big city . Clean room with the basics and a nice view if you are high enough up. Planned my trip to see the island not a hotel , this is great for it!

Complimentary bottled water provided daily. It was helpful to save small money and time. Room is clean enough to sleep nights.

This place really needs to step up their game. They forget that you are on vacation, and have only xx amount of days there. They take their precious time.

Got a kitchenette , it had a spoon and a sauce pan big enough for ramen , when I called to get a spatchula and pan, they said they didnt have any. Ended up getting one after 3 days.....

They have an awesome breakfast buffet . Om nom.

It's Waikiki. You get what you pay for. You won't pay much for this, and you get the basics in return. Small but fun and usually empty pool.

pretty deceiving with the ad :( they cud have just mentioned that they are close to the commercial strips instead of the beach itself... rooms cud be better but acceptable.

It may be slightly run down, but the service is better than anywhere I've been!

Pics online are not what you expect. Got a quad room for roomies&I, supposedly "garden view " and there is no garden . Facing across street. Lots of traffic noise at night. Also, no internet! :l

Probably one of the most run down hotels I've ever stayed in and Internet photos are very deceptive compared to what you actually get after you check in. Do yourself a favor and keep looking. :(

This place is ok for the price i paid, but not as clean as I thought it would be! I was grossed out taking a shower and grossed out walking bare foot on the carpet! Save money and get a better hotel

Be careful. Don't believe the hype. Unless you get an actual penthouse suite your room is going to be very dated and a step up from a dumpy motel . The lobby and web photos put's lipstick on a pig

Forgot to add, but not all elevators work majority of the time. Sometimes its 2, then suddenly only 1 works. Makes me not want to come back to this hotel again.

Rooms are very dated and dumpy. I was told they have in room Internet, but when i checked in they told me they don't. I booked what they call an ocean view room but can't even see the ocean!

It's cheaper than a taxi ride back to Ewa!

Pool area is small and a lot of road noise. If you are expecting to relax bring headphones.

If you want to save some money on eating out check into a kitchenette room.

Photos on hotel website are not what you get yourself into. It has the basics of what you need but is old and needs updates. I was disappointed

The room is ok.but a lot of bugs(ant,cockroach etc) inside room.very dark less light.safety box is not free they charge $every night.

WiFI access is pathetic. Slow and unreliable, also limited to lobby and 3rd floor

Check Internet rates. Also, use Hawaii driver's license or state ID for any Kama'aina rates.

Kinda ghetto. Think my beer was $4.00.

Fiz minha reserva pelo booking. Gostei dos quartos, o wc e os armários precisam renovar. Localização excelente.
