Even better than when Bentley was in Surry Hills … the venue has gone upmarket, but the food has also stepped up a notch. Try the cured venison to start!
Fabulous space in heart of the city . chef Brent Savage 's excellent food features some of the fanciest offerings in town for the gourmet vegetarians amongst us.
Great restaurant helmed by Brent Savage , the Australian Chef of The Year 2015. Start with Pork Cheek or Spot Prawn Cocktail , to mains of Oyster Blade Fillet or Red Mulloway, lastly Violet Ice Cream .
Not cheap but certainly a delicious lunch ! Couldn't be faulted from the wine selection , menu option, selected dishes, service staff knowledge of the menus - thank you!
Service was hit & miss, with inconsistent wait time between courses. Not good when eating 9 plates of food. Regardless, the food really was amazing and menu very well thought out! Definitely returning
We had the degustation . A must do if you're in Sydney and wanting fantastic produce all delivered beautifully on a plate.
The food and service are excellent. Matched with a great Malbec from Argentina and you have the perfect evening.
We had a fantastic meal. Amazing steak . Great wine and excellent cheese plate
The vegetarian menu is amazing! And the matching wines make it even better!
Had a long lunch , great service generally but slightly overpriced. Not sure we'd come back with the available options in Sydney.
Stick with the starters and entrees, the mains are not that great. Dessert is a must here !
Good drink place in the CBD
Awesome sauce
To be honest I thought the food was overpriced
Nice food and great value. Love their copper cutlery. Their summer dessert was amazing. - Johnny
Progressive menu, no dish disappointed - not too crowded and it one of those places where you can see the Chef loves the art of creating opposed to just filling tummy. - Michael Pomponio
