Beautiful views and impeccable food! We went for dinner after La Traviata in the Opera House. Very fancy restaurant . Definitely try the cod and any kind of dessert . This place is fantastic!
Besides the amazing view of the Sydney Opera , this place has great food. Might be on the upper price range but definitely worth it. Make sure to reserve a table before via their website.
Lovely experience with surprise extras including an amuse-bouche, bread , palate cleanser, mash , salad & petit fours (see pic). Watch out for the 10% surcharge on Sundays.
Duck consomme is where it's at. Great views as everyone else points out. Excellent food. Recommended.
Great creative fine dining , and quiet in a country full of noisy venues. Be aware that there is a strict time limit on your theater menu, even if that means you will skip dessert ...
Fine dining that doesn't disappoint. Delicious food. Great service. Wonderful view . We had a birthday dinner and they kindly wrote happy birthday and a candle on the desert plate.
restaurant was kind enough to respect cater to our dietary restrictions . My mother is allergic to egg and they took that into account and still delighted us. Perfect dining experience on Mother's Day
sides and desserts and some of the entrees tend to over-rely on salt/butter/sugar, but the raw ingredients throughout are top quality, and the mains are spectacular; plus, a great wine list
Enjoy an amazing afternoon or night in sunny Sydney by dining at a fabulous restaurant . The views are stunning, and the food out of this world.
Absolutely exquisite food. Literally melts in the mouth. Best I've ever tasted. Highly recommend the mashed potato as a side and the soufflé for desert . Great selection of teas too.
Stunning views of the Sydney Opera House, and a gorgeous menu to match it. The cured salmon with kombu , earl grey tea , yuzu tapioca and avocado puree was heaven! You must order dessert .
Sydney fine dining at its best. Try the tasting menu or book a table with the pre-theatre menu before seeing a show at the Opera House.
The kurobata pork belly is irresistible, It just melts in your mouth, and the crackling oh the crackling . Get a window seat if you can and enjoy the view
Simply put: The absolute BEST meal I've had in Australia (so far...)! And beautiful views , as well .
A constant battle for mayorship with every table as good as its neighbours. Personal favourite dish is the cured New Zealand King salmon with kombu and Earl Grey tea , yuzu tapioca and avocado purée
Scenic views , popcorn cream cheese , lobster French toast , the sake and wine selection..
Stunning view and one of the best wine lists in the city . From subdued pricing all the way up to several thousand per bottle. Book early to get a window table
stunning views of the opera house. you have to try the pork belly and the truffle potato mash , delicious!
It's amazing! Salmon and pork belly are perfect.
What a great experience all around! No faults here! Can’t wait to go back again!
One of the best wine lists in the city flip open to the stunning page of Rieslings and, well , take your pick! Grab a bottle though, they're all mighty moreish
Great option before a performance at the Opera House!
SMH Somellier of the year 2010 - Matt Dunne. One of the most amazing views of Sydney harbour , whilst enjoying some of the best cuisine in the country
Delicious and efficient from the moment you walk in the door to the moment you leave.
The food of course was amazing, but the staff added to the experience with their maturity and excellent service.
Aria has amazing views and very knowledgeable and helpful staff .
Not a guaranteed show stopper. If you get seated down the side/back be prepared for cafe service & super casual atmosphere . If you luck out/book in advance & dine up front expect fab views & service.
Truffle mash . Oh and chocolate plate: not rich & heavy, just to die for
Great view on the tables near the window and the banana soufflé hasn't changed in years ^_^
Tasting menue aaaah ammmmazing :D dont miss the wines that come with each course
Amazing food & friendly welcoming service
Try reserving a table with the Opera House view otherwise you may be disappointed
Tried the degustation menu (with matching wines ). It was a fab dining experience. Fantastic view of the Opera House and Harbour Bridge as well .
Wonderful, filling experience. Highly recommend.
Awesome location, good service
The location right next to the opera is just fantastic! I will come back...
The kurobuta pork belly entree is AMAZING! Definitely reccomend this dish.
Matthew Dunne is one of the top Sommeliers in Sydney. And what a brilliant list of Rieslings !
Opera House views make this restaurant a spectacular and memorable place to dine.
Really supportive of Gluten Free . Great bread roll. Tender barramundi
No where near as good as I expected. Food and service a massive let down and very pricey . 11 of us at $250 per head meh. I enjoyed 1 out of 4 courses. Had way better. Would never go back.
Main course's pretty filling. Would avoid sides if you are going to have starter and main. Sides are enough for 4 people at least.
Awesome mashed potato . Make sure you order at least one side dish.
Pre-dinner drinks on the terrace . Lovely views !
Definitely get the mash
Degustation is a winner.
Aria serves Rangers Valley beef , delish
Oolala! Best desserts ever, try their banana souffle ! :)
Not bad for a rank 17th in Australia...but personal I found the food are a little salty.
The SC Pannell wines are awesome.
food, service, and atmosphere 5 stars all the way. Chef Peter Doyle is a maestro in the kitchen! Order the degustation. - @JaumePrimero

There are a lot of things to see and do here... HIGHLY recommend taking a walking tour of the Opera House. It is such an iconic thing to see and feel while inside. Enjoy! - Ricky Potts
A bit pricey, okay, but totally worth it. Try getting a seat at the water and enjoy your cool after work drink in the sun! - Joscha Feth
