Place des Festivals

If you're in Montreal during the summertime, this is the place to be - so many concerts and festivals happen here.

As a Montrealer I've bitched plenty about construction in recent years, but I gotta admit they did a fantastic job revitalizing this area.

Busy in the daytime, relaxing in the night time, watch the buildings for projections by the MAC or play with the fountains in the summer. There's free entertainment at night too :).

Love this area. There's always something interesting during festival season , and cool outdoor exhibits off-season.

Check the new exhibition Eotone. You'll get to hear the wind currents amplified from Montreal, Quebec City , Nantes and Rennes in real time, combined. Amazing!

A nice big open air venue right in the middle of the city for festivals all year round.

This is a great place for friends and family to gather. With plenty of space for children to roam and play with the interactive installations (e.g., lights, water fountains , and shows). Enjoy! :)

C ’est un endroit festif. Des rencontres très agréables peuvent se faire. L ’expression culturelle à son meilleur.

Un endroit que se réinvente au fil des saisons. Toujours des bons spectacles pendant les Francofolies mais arrivez tôt pour être près de la scène

Un lugar super lindo para caminar

Se balader en toute tranquillité sur la place , flâner rue sainte catherine . A chaque période de l'année une ambiance différente.

Parfait pour prendre une petite pause relax sur le gazon un pic nic ou autre.

J'aime cette place qui change au fils des mois grâce à des structures artistiques

Il faut simplement aller là, se balader et profiter de ce qui s'offre à nous :)
