Musée d'art contemporain de Montréal (MAC)

One of the best contemporary art museums around! They focus a lot on local québécois talent and have had some great exhibitions from world-renowned artists . The 'Lost in Time' exhibit was phenomenal!

The collection is small but thoughtfully curated. All arranged on one floor, it can be seen in under an hour. When I was there, the MACM was exhibiting lots of mind-bending short film pieces.

Free wifi . One of the smaller modern art museum I've been to but with conceptual and tightly curated exhibitions . Awesome media center on the top floor.

The Leonard Cohen exhibit is fantastic. If you're around while it's on I definitely recommend it. No photos though! Sorry :)

Tbh, the temp exhibit was great but half the musee was closed for setting up next exhibit . They tell u this but they should really just charge half price if only half the musee is open.

Amazing museum , but restrooms are disgusting.

Not much of a permanent collection , but engaging temporary exhibits .

Super musé , (mon préféré à mtl ). Les expositions sont Tjrs bien choisi. Le mac considère bcp les artiste québécois. Le seul point négatif que je trouve c'est qu'il est petit. 8/10

L'endroit offre constamment du contenus intéressant ! Pour ma part, exposition de Patrick Bernatchez m'a beaucoup ému.

Flux de David Altmjed, évolutant dans une tension entre organique et artificiel, pose un regard unique la vie, la matière et le temps.

Expo beat nation : art , hip-hop et culture autochtone, univers autochtone méconnu. Intéressant .
