Make sure you put the free weights back on the racks after you use them. My mates has just been barred for a month for not doing. I think they're cracking down at the moment.

If its a hot day try and come as early as possible-the air conditioning is virtually non existent.
Don't bother coming on Mondays between 5-7pm-the place is just too busy then.
Good gym, very clean lots of machines and equipment. Staff are all very friendly. Good prices too - Martin V

Scones and cakes at the first floor Place to Eat are very nice, although service can sometimes be a little slow. - Tim Moore
