Escape the hustle & bustle of Oxford street in this pub overlooking a pretty little square. Landlady could do with a smile every now and then. Food is good but service sometimes a little slow.

The food is delicious but the service isn’t good. At the first floor you can have a quite place to talk

Two eastern european barwomen will happily serve you a pint of Staropramen . It's not as horrible as it looks, though I'd probably choose the cafe creperie straight across...

Don't order food of you're in a hurry! Took over 30 minutes to get some rolls and chips !

Ok, I wouldn't eat here, but if you want to pause for a pint, the drinks are not quite as apocalyptic as have been previously suggested!

Filthy ale , terrible cider even worse ambience. Probably best to avoid at all costs.
