Get here from 5:30 to 7:30pm for nice treats and good selection of wines . Open until 11pm with beers and soft drinks .
some of the BEST services I have received in my years of travel. Staff was attentive but slightly out of range if needed, but were there when needed - truly amazing.
There are 2 lounges , one towards left and one on right side of the elevator in 8th floor. Go for the left one which is small as it's more silent and better personalized service. Open until 1930
There is a regency club lounge on the left and right of the 8th floor, if one room gets too crowded ..go to the other.
Guests who can access the club now have breakfast in Montagu Kitchen. From 530-730 pm there are served canapés and complimentary wine . Other times, coffee , te and sodas
Family section on one side of elevator bank , business section on the other. Genius.
The WiFi can be slow and unstable...

Best department store in London. Recommend the food hall as well. And if you go there half an hour before closing on sundays..a lot of the fresh deli foods (sushi/sandwiches/pies etc) are half price! - James K22
