This is one of my favourite hotels in London , a lobby with the most exquisite of floral displays, room with a superb view of the neighbouring gardens and beds that are like sleeping on the clouds!
Everything is excellent in this hotel , the service is quiet , the cleanliness is good, the food is excellent, the location is excellent
Absoultely loved the afternoon tea . Freshly made patisseries that were not too sweet. Absoultely loved it and have been recommending it to everyone.
3 minutes from the hype of london (Oxford Street and Marble Arch ). I do strongly recommend the afternoon tea . It is not the highest standard but it has reasonable price and a good quality.
My favourite hotel in London . The service is friendly and genuine! Food is scrumptious and there bar is fabulous for outdoor drinks
Great location great location (3 minute to Oxford street and marble arch underground). Service quality is average, room size is just ok. For Churchill bar to sit outdoor get ready to fork out 25 pound
Gorgeous, accommodating hotel . Was very impressed with the level of service at all levels. I asked for a cot and early arrival check-in, which they easily accommodated.
The Sunday champagne brunch really is good value for money compared to others in London. There's live entertainment however would be good to hear the pianist sometimes rather than the "hobo" musicians
Opposite Portman Square , a few minutes from Bond Street and Hyde Park . Good restaurant and the Churchill bar . Expensive as are all hotels in London.
Good service and nice location. Not as fancy as I expected it to be. If you get a room ending in number (1-6), there will be no view from your room.
No one makes cocktails like Lucille! Upselling for sure, but with such lovely smile and cocktail craftmenship :-)You just have to pass by the bar !
My fav hotel . Clean , spacious and close to everything I need. The stuff r considerate too. They’ve celebrated my birthday twice this year.
It's a good hotel and in a good location and it's near to the marble arch station and oxford street and hyde park and edgware road 👍🏻👍🏻😍
Pricey cocktails at around £15, but comfortable atmosphere and bar area has an open modern fireplace .
The hotel is very well located and the stay was very pleasant and comfortable 🥰 #unforgettable days ❤️🇬🇧
Beautiful hotel with wonderful service and great location. The beds are wonderfully fluffy.
Nice outdoor cigar area
The best hotel and also if you are big family ask for family room
Free wireless Internet in the lobby, just ask for the access code at Reception!
I like to drink my afternoon tea in the lobby . Quite and comfortable
Family Oriented. Funny porters and Staff . & Great service and Shopping all along the streets ;)!
every thing👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🌹
I stay here every weekend ...the best hotel in marbel arch highly recommended
Orange cake and toffee cake so Delicious ,,
Pleasant hotel in the middle of westend W1. Try famous italian restraunt Locanda Locatelli on the groundfloor as well .www.locandalocatelli.com
Great selection of cocktails and very cozy terrace
Ask for Francis, she is one light hearted waiter & will sure treat you like family :D
Looking onto Portman square is very nice and the lovely Doorman Ian and Bobby.
Nice hotel very close to Marble Arch. Close to tube as well
Comfortable bed . Curtains properly close so the room is dark and light doesn't disturb your sleep. Also very quiet . Great for relaxation!
So close to Primark, it's amazing. I also crave their Penne Bolognaise... It's nothing special, but so comforting.
My best in winter ❤️
Although it’s a five star hotel , there are a lot of improvements that needs to be provided. Overall 7/10
Vegetarian snack selection limited ... Ask for the afternoon tea menu & get finger sandwiches ... Overpriced compared to Langham hotel off regent st or Jumeriah sloane square ...
A great place to unwind !
excellent location, just two blocks away from selfridges.
MY THIRD STAY AT THIS HOTEL ! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Great venue and great bar
Close enough to the Marble Arch tube station that you can do LHR to the hotel via mass transit in 90 mins.
Don't miss your breakfast here. It's fantastic...
Ideal for hosting your conference or company meetings.
Their breakfast doesn’t have the usual options in a 5 stars hotel , their service at the lobby during breakfast time is extremely slow.
Most luxurious hotels in London
get the room with park view !
Nice hotel
Fantastic hotel set back from the crowds of Oxford St. Take advantage and make use of the tennis court in Portman Square . Read more
Finally my car arrived. Unfortunately it turned out I don't own a Bentley, just a Range Rover HSE Supercharged in Buckingham Blue.
nice place
Best afternoon tea in London💕
Nice place has the best location ever
some of the BEST services I have received in my years of travel. Staff was attentive but slightly out of range if needed, but were there when needed - truly amazing. - Richard Costigan
