Apple Chatswood Chase

Always like coming here because I can get an appointment quicker than any other Apple store in Sydney. Not sure why people don't like the staff . They are always good when I'm there.

The store wouldn't repair an out-of-warranty iPad offering replacement for $250. What can I say... the apple nerd cult walking around in blue t shirts just like in the Simpsons episode were Lisa wants an iPod. Still I walked out with an iPad mini...

There are good Apple stores and not so good ones. The attitude on display here remains sub-par from my perspective. Disagreeable and unfriendly. On the whole, you don’t leave this store feeling good.

Apple Store is not too busy. Service is always great.

Sure it's always busy but the staff know their stuff and are really helpful. Amazing service.

I was yelled by an apple staff (white guy with glasses and beard; 1.73m approx.) when I returned from toilet to pick up my kid at the kids' area...saying something rude to us...sure not come again

Major fail for service and advice from Apple Chatswood today. First and last time I'm using this Apple Store. So different to other stores.

Helpful staff but long queues. At least you can log into the free wifi while you wait.

Avoid lunch time - completely packed.

Staff here are inefficient and disrespectful. Most of them just stand around and talk with each other. Apple Store Sydney is better. Avoid this Apple joint.
