This is a locals IHOP. Very friendly and good food
Service was not the best so we ordered to go just a classic’s burger and when we got home we found out they must of ran out of burger buns and used just a baguette bread . Smh
Barbara is the best waitress . She already knows my order. She's hilarious and never wait on anything!

Pancakes and coffee
Waitress Barbara was great but the manager was rude & acted like she could careless about us waiting over 40 minutes to get our food & then pancakes weren't even thoroughly cooked.
