Don't let the line deceive you. Even understaffed this location is quick, friendly , and professional. Really great service!

The afternoon staff is awesome. If you don't know what you want, they will recommend something to suit the craving you are having. Never been steered wrong yet!

I wouldnt recommend leaving your laptop sitting there as you grab a refill. It will grow legs.

The customer service is great. Location is beautiful BUT they raise their prices because they are in a hotel . What I usually get costs $8 at any other Starbucks. This one charges $11.

So awesome having Starbucks in your hotel lobby. My fave!

There are two ladies that always work here on Sunday mornings that are super nice but... Kind of ditzy (in an old lady kind of way).

For all you soy fans, try ordering a one pump vent soy no whip mocha . It's a great staple to my day.

It's best at 6am and when Nazim is working. He's so nice.

Drinks are more expensive here than 1 block south on Madison and Wabash

Most drinks here are 25 to 40 cents more than at the starbucks at state/Adams!

Don't forget to try a clover brewed coffee .

This location carries Lucy's gluten free cookie on occasion. Yum!

Plenty of space in this Starbucks for homework or hanging out.

Salted Caramel Mocha is wonderful.
