Overall, a good experience but as I live in a old house with non-standard layout, they always need to do a site visit before install. I get the need, but it delays install by a week or more.

This is by far the best Lowes I have shopped at. Very friendly , knowledgeable staff . Pick up a MyLowes card, it's awesome and tracks purchases ;) you'll never forget your paint colors again!!

Get 40# of pea gravel for $2.47 to use in aquarium or pond . Drastically cheaper than buying gravel from a pet store .

What's not to like about a hardware store ?

This is a great store. They always have what I am looking for and stuff I am not looking for.

Easy distance from downtown Indy makes it the top home improvement store around.

Feel free to use their shopping carts. Just go out to the parking lot and get one!

Spent $400 on a sliding glass door today, 10/21, and the associate gave me the wrong swing door. It would be somewhat acceptable if he worked there for FREE!

Nothing listed on the Lowe's app was in the right bay or bin - opposite sides of store!

Ask if we needed help a few times, but in general thought the store was out of stock and poorly staffed.

If you are not in a rush, head to Hedlund's Hardware instead. This Lowes is one of the most unfriendly places in Indianapolis.I don't know why I still shop here.

worse hardware store in the state . the black cashiers at contractors end are RACIST to white customers. RUDE and Unacceptable
