Rob Lekan is the best trainer around - he's about life long health, not quick fixes. Don't think that just bc he's kind he won't kick your ass. He earned the nickname Satan Trainer Rob for a reason.

Very cool place. Don't underestimate Donell Watts ... He'll kick your butt! You feel the results of a good workout immediately after. Good stuff!
