This water tower was designed by Clarence W. Wignington, the nation’s first African-American municipal architect. The tower has remained virtually untouched and is still in good condition.
151 steps to the top. Landing every 10-15 stairs with seating available for resting. Pretty view .
Was disappointed that I didn't see Yakko, Wakko, or Dot.
