Entry cost for the palace grounds is 3,000원, but entrance into the Secret Garden is 5,000원. It's worth it though, the garden is the highlight of this palace . At least it comes with a guided tour .

Very beautiful and historical place. Must book the Secret Garden tour , they have English, Chinese and Korean. Also, mind the schedule, you need 15-20mins to get to the entrance of the Garden .

The hidden garden is a very calm and calm place . The tour guide was a very informative person ( and has a great sense of humor). 8/10

It’s the second palace for the King after Gyeonbokgung. Less crowded from tourist but there is a huge secret garden at this palace which you should visit if you have the chance.

The best Royal palace to visit in Seoul and don't miss visiting the secret garden . If you have one day in Seoul go there and enjoy.

Cool palace . Wish I had the chance to visit the secret garden (you need a tour to get in and there are very few times so plan in advance!!)

They have free guided tours in English try to attend them since you’ll appreciate the place more and get a lot of information. The tours times are available online.

Definitely worth the visit ! You can reach the neighboring palace Changgyeonggung without having to exit, both are connected.

Beautiful traditional palace . Make sure to get there early as it can get crowded

Part of the Five Grand Palaces from the Joseon Dynasty . A UNESCO Heritage Site, this is home to the Huwon, a 78-acre garden and the Ongnyucheon, a breathtaking stream with waterfalls and pavilions!

The highlight of Changdeokgung? The Biwon Secret Garden . It was in this glade, shaded by ancient trees , that Joseon kings wrote poetry and contemplated the universe . Give it a try.

Closed on Mondays. If you plan on visiting multiple palaces , get the booklet for 10,000 Won. It's good for a month

Big park and palace area. A lot to see. It’s worth to visit.

3000KRW for seeing some buildings, some of them even closed and you cannot see what was their inner appearance. If you want to access to the garden , you must pay another 5000KRW. Pretty unfair.

Remember to book tour to Secret Garden . It is the only way to get in.

Tickets online are always unavailable. Walking-in and buy one is easier.

It's looks like a scene from a Korean sageuk drama, you just expect the king and his ministers appearing behind every corner ????

Be warned, very little food is available once inside. However if you ask for a wristband on your way out, you can present that together with your ticket to be let back in.

You are forced into buying a tour to gain entry to the paid secret garden tour . Two admission prices.

It's a good place to look around. I personally think that it's even better than Gyoung-Bok-Gung. It used to have a tour guide with English service, but not sure for now unfortunately though.
