No one greeted. When I inquired w the bartender she didn’t even make eye contact. Ordered ahead & mgr couldn’t locate my order. ~20 minutes for an appetizer + drink in an empty restaurant . No apology.

Well I guess this is the last time I eat at Friday's. Not that the service or Food was bad. The menu is changing and the portions are getting but not the price. (Smh).

Why is there a child sitting at the Bar at 9:20pm on a Friday night. It's JUST Wrong!
Stay away! 40 minutes for food order to be taken. Food then comes out but has been sitting under a heat lamp since the plate burnt me yet the patty of the hamburger is cold. Bun is super greasy. CRAP!
