Obligatory stop on the Tokyo tourist train . Great views from the 350m Tembo deck -- don't see the need to pay for the extra 50m. Don't miss the see through floor windows downstairs!
The base of the tower has a structure similar to a tripod; from a height of about 350 m (1,150 ft) and above, the tower's structure is cylindrical to offer panoramic views of the river and the city .
Attention All Foreign Nationals: bring your Passport and line/queue up at this Fast Skytree Ticket Counter for literally only 5 minutes wait time to go up the tower <aclass="entity url"rel="nofollow" href="http://bit.ly/FastSkyTree"target="_blank" data-sig="q7c6W5DxmhqucQMZtaKEv4pzZOw=" onmousedown="fourSq.ui.OutgoingLink.mousedown($(this), event)" data-source="tip-text">http://bit.ly/FastSkyTree</a> cheers!
Amazing views . Be sure to be there at sundown. Save a good spot in front of Mount Fuji. I went to the top, but I think it’s enough if you only book the normal price. And check out the official store.
Best views over Tokyo . Make sure you get the international pass for $10 more and speedy access to the elevators . Get ready for crowds, but lines move fast.
one of the largest buildings in the world when you arrive via subway pay attention theee are signs welcoming you to skytree town i found that awesome! so enjoy taking in this beautiful
Great view . On April to come by 5-5:30pm, you will be able to see the beautiful sunset . Weekend is full of visitors, better purchase online else you might need to wait an hour just to purchase ticket.
The express pass for foreigners is absolutely worth it. You'll be at the top in less than 15 minutes.
Go in the evening during the golden hour and watch the sunset . Then wait for the sky to turn dark and the city ligjts to light up. That way, you get to see 2different sights with one ticket.
The view is amazing! Get tickets for both observation decks ; they are worth the visit. Try to come before sunset to enjoy the scene at night, too.
The newest landmark and also the highest building (634m) in Japan since 2010. Located near sumida River . Now this broadcasting and obsevation tower became a tourist attraction #TravellingTokyo
This is an amazingly beautiful tower and it gave a mysterious kind of feel the night I came when it was raining. You need to pay to go to the observation deck .
The ticket cost ( 3000 ¥) to go until the last floor it's absolutely secondary considering the amazing skyline that you can see from here ! Wonderful !
Beautiful new sky tower in Tokyo ! It's 635M tall, and you can go to the view point up to 400M!! I wish I could go there today, but didn't have time!!will go back there for next time again!!
Beautiful sky tower in Tokyo . Its one of the tallest tower in the world. Superb structure and amazing landmark
Obviously one of the major attractions in Tokyo with all TV stations character goods being sold in addition to other shops. Nice observatory but buildings around are all short buildings so be aware
Amazing view over Tokyo . No need to go up to the 450 meter deck. The view is the same. The view on the walkway ia even worse. So save the 1000 yen and spend it on coffee .
Queueing system for tickets is complicated, arrive as early as possible. Street entertainers and very nice shopping centre. Go up in time for sunset ! Provides great views ! Gift shops always packed.
Go on a clear day. Evening views are also amazing. Grab snacks to take back to family and friends downstairs.
It is pretty sad that most of the best places for taking photos in the upper deck is taken by silly advertising for Marvel comics . There is only little place for photographers .
The building is immaculate and the stores and shopping inside are great. The ¥4000/person price tag to go up the the Observatory was a little insane, so we passed.
Everything! The view is amazing!!! The restaurant has great food and service!
For a great view of the Tokyo Skytree, the viewing deck at Asakusa Culture Tourist Information Center is nearby and free!
Awesome view ! Go on a clear night. Pay an extra ¥1000 to go to the higher observation deck . It's much less crowded
Amazing landmark ! Many options of Japanese cookies shop and clothing store . Should try the green tea cone ice cream near to the food hall.
To view tokyo from above. Awesome. And everything is very organised. While here, must visit the aquarium .
Get here before closing so that you can go up the tower. They stop allowing folks up there before the tower actually closes.
It's 634 meters tall, and for a reason. In Japanese, the first syllables of 6-3-4 (mu む - sa さ - shi し) make up the old name of where the tower stands.
You'll appreciate the beauty of the Tokyo Skytree Tower from afar. Ah... Those lights the illuminates... perfect!
Explore the tallest tower building in the world, the magnificent #TokyoSkyTree. Beautiful view from up high (634 meter). #latepost
¥2060 to go to Tembo Deck at 350m. You need another ¥1030 to go up to 450m. A little expensive but still worth it.
New ( opened on 2013) spot in Tokyo ...quiet a view .. Pay extra an d go to the 450 floor
Do remember to check out the board "Today's Views " if you don't want to be wasting your money stuck with a view of just Asakusa. The furthest the Skytree can see is Mt Fuji.
Such a great place to visit. It's one of Tokyo 's must visit places!
Pay extra to get to upper floors . the window views are better. And check out moomin restauran 5 minutes walk from the tower.
Also there are two decks, the first admission ticket doesn't get you to the highest point. You can pay more to get up there but again it's expensive . Though less crowded and less kids!
Dont pay for the fast lane ticket is a scam, all the lines go up at the same time you just pay $10 more, going to the 350 mts station is more than enough you can see the city of Tokyo from there
Tokyo Skytree - There is apparently an express line for international visitors. I would recommend that if you want to get up to the top. I didn't know about it until after I arrived there.
Try to go here on a clear day since a lot of the city will be shrouded in clouds on misty or rainy days. The 450th floor isn't really worth the additional fee.
Buy tickets for both decks, and expect to spend a few hours up there. The views are stunning, especially at sunset ???? ????????
An extraordinary view you will only see once. Some say it is a tourist trap, but the view is incredible. Get there first thing.
Be sure to go here on a clear day, even if you will have to queue. You won't regret going to the top.
Check out the kaiten sushi on the 6th floor. Best sushi I've had in ages and the staff are totally entertaining...
Get there a bit before sunset , then grab a small treat from the cafe and take in the view .
i had a hard time finding a spot for s good view but this is a amazing landmark
Beautiful view from the top of the Skytree! You can see 360 degrees. The elevator goes so fast and high that your ears will pop.
Fast lane ticket avail for foreigners.. U may pay a lil bit more but u'll save a lot of time.. No need to Q up.
A great tourist destination. Amazing view of Tokyo . Very clean and open walking/viewing areas.
Amazing view on Tokyo city . Better to go to the main line , not to pay twice for the foreigners. Buy online and save some time inside
Big tower made of steel and glass. Views over Tokyo are endless (but pretty much the same as from the restaurants in the building next door)
Amazing views and worth the price of 2k Yen! If it’s too crowded on the main floor, just go down one level — there are multiple further opportunities to sit and enjoy the spectacular surrounding ! - Jo
Amazing views of Tokyo, and the spiral ramp is a fun walk. Extra ticket is worth it ???? I stayed over an hour for a time lapse video, and I loved watching each building light up. Unique experience ???????? - LadyJupiter.com
Huge but orderly crowds on New Year's Day. A must do. Beautiful shrine. Fun to get your fortune told. - Jon Pressman
Best spot to meet up with people. The dog is still pretty loyal and easy to find. - Ulya
Really good view of Tokyo. Also has a nice crêpe shop :) - Jonathan Pennack
