Amazing paintings . Highly underrated.. you never hear about this guy (as compared to Van Gogh or Rembrandt), but it was a delight.

This one painting is simply AMAZING! Grab a glass of wine , walk up the staircase and behold the sight. Unwind, relax. Includes a down floor Museum area with paintings , artefacts. Wine and bites served

Go here first for a visit, look long st anything you see. Then look this up: the Willemsvaart, a boat service that takes you to Scheveningen . A 10 minute walk will take you to that same vantage point.

I will visit this place at least once a year. Tip: after visited here, go to Scheveningen and stand on the same sand dune Mesdag stood while sketching in his glass cilinder.

A bit overrated, BUT you'll be amazed with the panorama, really breathtaking. Also, did you know it took 10 years to finish the painting .

The Panorama is stunning. €10 seems a bit much, though it does include exhibitions that have little to interest tourists .

Although I really liked it, 10 euro's is quite overpriced. No extra information, except a documentary of 25 min in Dutch (no English subtitles) in a hallway in front of a bench with only 4 seats.
