The truffle/porcini flavored tsukemen that my friend ordered was really good, almost creamy. Pretty salty so be ready. I got the standard ramen which was good too, but I preferred the tsukemen.
Love it try the ramen or the curry
鶏そば は、数ある鶏 ポタージュ 系ラーメン屋 の中でもかなりクオリティが高く満足です。卓上調味料も秀逸で、黒・白胡椒、四川 花 椒、具辣油、特製辣油とあり、どれもそば にとても合います。
つけ麺 あつもり、麺 がもちもち 、つけ汁 も濃厚で絡みやすく、美味！
普通に美味しいラーメン屋 さんかな。スープ 飲んでると段々ポタージュ 飲んでるような感じがして不思議な感じでした。
つけそば の麺 の器には水が結構入ってるのでつけ汁 が薄まるかも
普段の動線上にあるので、何となく入ってしまう。今日はまぜ麺 をいってみたが、つけ麺 に軍配。
