They now have wifi coz before you have to connect to the mall 's wifi which is soooo difficult and hard to find a spot and connection is sooooo slow now ff is a wifi zone :)

Whats the difference bet. A 1st time guest using their 1 day trial and a 1st time guest availing the fitness friday? So fraud. Manager negative feedback on this.

The fitness friday is so fake. They are advertising that you can bring any guest. But when you do they are only permitting first time guest only.

If you're up for a challenge using a treadmill , use the ones that has "Profiles" & select terrain and level of difficulty.

Try joining Stability Ball class ! It will make you sexier & sexier! You'll gonna enjoy it & love it!
