Nice, clean accommodations close to the CenturyLink Center. If you have a car, be sure to tell the front desk at check-in and ask for a parking pass to display in your car window overnight.

Property is undergoing a renovation (2-23-18 visit), no information provided on website or when booking . Convenient to downtown and Old Market , no amenities such as free coffee or breakfast .

Great hotel central to downtown Omaha. Can walk to dozens of great restaurants and has parking right on site.

Another great Courtyard experience. As has been mentioned, the staff is very courteous.

Recently re-done lobby. Not as conveniently located as a few other downtown hotels

Spend a little extra for a corner suite. Very comfortable . And nice beds.

Ask them to bring a fridge up to your room.

Front desk supervisor Joel was very polite and helpful. $8/day parking means you can now find a space to park !! :-)

If u want sleep, this is def not the place to stay. Too close to dwntwn Omaha. It is 3:53am and the neighbs r still party'n :/

There is no hot tub in the pool area , if you're into that kind of thing.

Very noisy-all the time. Sounds like someone is constantly vacuuming. Lots of space in the rooms though.

Lots of street noise. Sounds like car races. Even on 10th floor.

Stay at Embassy Suites Old Market for the same price as Courtyard . Closer to all the restaurants and action.

Bring earplugs. Sounds from outside penetrate easily. Not cool.

The breakfast at the hotel is pretty darn good.

This hotel smells so bad it makes me want to puke. The carpet is also really dirty . I'm switching hotels in the morning. I've never stayed in a Marriott property this bad.

Watch out the rooms are noisy !

As of Jan 1, the hotel now charges for parking ...$8. Not a fan.
