For drinking, fantastic choice and quality. My wife had a cocktail in the happy hour . For eating, poor, tasted bland and small portions. Prawn soup had 3 prawns and the soup came in a gravy boat!
This is our go to place for a nice meal. Food never disappoints and we always look for an excuse to go
Try the ice cream cone for dessert - possibly the best ice creams I've tasted. Both the white chocolate and peanut butter flavours are recommended.
Great waitress but wouldn't recommend the roast on a Sunday. Too many people out in the sunshine
There is some great outdoor seating around the back!
My favourite. But don't tell anyone I don't want you all here!
Quite expensive but very nice real ale and really lovely reestaurant
Great food, great service, especially from waitress Becks
Steaks and friendly waitresses
We had a really disappointing meal - too busy to cope properly & have never responded to us properly about what happened
For ex-Smithy customers beware, it's more like a restaurant with a bar . Not a pub . It is very nice though.
EXPENSIVE ! but nice place
Not great for veggies - only get one option and quite expensive - food was nice though
Just had refurb but food on this visit exceptionally poor and not good value . Real shame :-(
Moroccan lamb burger with sweet potato chips was very tasty :) nom nom nom - Amanda Cruxton
Good ale house, they need more staff because service is too slow when busy - Martin Campbell
