Overall prompt service , make sure you get there early if you want to be attend to first because the lines can be deadly.
Like anything else, make sure that you have everything you need ahead of time and you are ok. Found the line actually moves well .
Berkley photo opens at 9:45 they know what your pic needs to look like. Ive had photos rejected before from blacks. Its 15$ for picture. Cash only .
It's not as bad as it looks when u get there before it opens and there's a big line up... It goes quickly.
Didn't know until I went, but passport fees are going up in July. An adult passport will be about $40 more. Renew soon if you're within a year of expiry.
Remember to sign and fill the firms properly or it will be a long day.
It's always busy so unless you're prepared to arrive at least by 715ish to be one of the first ones there then just have patience and wait it out.
I would rather drive to Brampton and apply there!
