Great atmosphere in the studio, and beginners are welcome! The assisted classes really help strengthen and improve your postures. Try it out $31 for 31 days, and you will get hooked.

Try Sunday's 2:30pm 90 min $5 class . Challenging class , excellent instructor with a great attitude. Yoga One has an awesome new students program - 1 mo unlimited classes for $39.
