To paraphrase Arlo Guthrie, you can get anything you want at Trader Joe's, from fresh veggies to beer and all kinds of branded gourmet items done up to make you feel ... well , special.

The place to shop for organic , foodie like tastes. Not a full on grocery store with all the major brands. They sell mainly Traders Joe branded items, but quality is still there.

Sunday days after noon is the busiest time of the week! Prepare to battle for parking spots no matter when you go, unless it's right at opening time. Also, Monday nights are the busiest nights.

Don't even bother with the ground floor parking . Go straight up to the 2nd or 3rd level and take the elevator down.

Go early if you're after something specific produce-wise!

If it's really busy, don't waste time circling the garage for a parking spot . Just park on the second floor of the garage and take the elevator - it's easier than you think.

Kill two birds with one stone, park on the second or third floor to get a space/ avoid frustration and chaos and use the stairs for your daily exercise.

There are cart corrals on levels 1,2,3. You don't need to park on the first floor! Take a deep breath and Go to the next floor.

If you are on a limited income or want some very healthy organic food please check out this place trust me it's worth it.

Food is wonderful, people working there are great. I just wish it weren't out in Ballantyne. The parking is really bad and other shoppers are quite rude in this part of town . Shop up north-avoid!

Try the tofu mixed with rocks! Also get a $10 bottle of rainwater, it's delicious!

Business hours are the same EVERYDAY! 8am-9pm. So please be considerate! :D

Must try Crunchy Curls! It's a tasty lentil & potato snack with only 130 calories per serving (31 curls). Taste like potato chips .

No cart return on the first row so don't park there if you plan on using a cart.

Trader joes brand orange peach mango juice + vino verde. Best. mimosa on a budget ever.

Love going there! Try to go before grocery shopping rush the parking lot can get a little hectic.

The frozen spinach artichoke dip is ridonculous. Prepare to eat the whole package in one sitting.
