I don't know what everyone else is talking about. I go here all the time and there always people around to help me, they have everything I need and don't harass me. I never go to any other best buy!

This is a smaller store with reduced inventory - don't assume they have what you want, call before you make the trip.

Close to us but small so stock isn't the best. Try Pineville or Concord locations for best stock.

Avoid this store. Patrolled by high-pressure salesmen. Might as well be a carnival with barkers trying to sell tickets for the ring toss . Went in for a coax cable and was harassed for half an hour.

This is the most poorly stocked Best Buy (for media) I've ever shopped in; don't expect to find much of anything but empty racks and titles you probably already own.

Salespeople are hard to find here. Very difficult to get someone to help you.

Don't have anything installed or ordered from these guys trust me! 6 trips later no resolution or refund yet!
