There are no words to describe how fantastic this place is. I love the corn pudding , I always get that as a side. Pot roast is melt in your mouth, but you can only get it as a special.

Great southern comfort food . Unassuming and a bit out of the downtown area, but tasty and a relaxed atmosphere with friendly folks . Pecan crusted chicken , collards , corn pudding , Mac and cheese !

Everything - all the menu items we tried were delicious. Banana pudding is great, if you like cold banana pudding . Atmosphere is casual and could use a little cleaning - but overall we really liked it

Great southern food ! Country Fried Chicken , Pecan Encrusted Chicken , Gumbo , and an assortment of the best sides! Get the Banana Pudding ... so good!

Killer creamed peas , green beans , & sweet potato mash (add the pecan brown sugar butter). A real toss up between the banana pudding and chocolate chip pecan pie (LOTS 'o chips ); both were amazing.

This was sooo delish! Blackened salmon , lemon greens, blackeyed peas , sliced tomatoes and biscuit with some kind of brown sugar pecan butter.

Try the Pecan Encrusted Chicken Breast , Fried Catfish entrees and Corn Pudding , Cheese Grits , and Sweet Potato Fries !

Well done all around. Not pretentious , and healthier fare than Lady&( better tasting too ). Chocolate Pecan Pie and banana pudding -- save room. Party of 16 and all loved it.

Great atmosphere. Had the chicken tacos and cucumbers with vinegar. Of course the banana pudding is the best ever!

The food was very good! Wasn't in love with the lemon collard greens , but that was minor, considering everything else was so yummy!

The banana pudding was fantastic, even though it's not hot. The biscuit was heavenly fluffy and delicious.

When Man Vs Food came here, the owners made special banana pudding at home and brought it in. It is not what they serve everyday. Good food, though.

The shrimp po boy along with the chilled asparagus was amazing. Definitely coming back here.
