Hot Almond Milk Tea with Boba is just the perfect touch to a cold day. It is not a fancy place to dine in but you can always hit the road with it.

I'm not a fan of their regular milk tea . I've had better at many other places BUT I love their Oreo Snow. So delicious and not overly sweet! They use real oreos too!

Love the Iced Jasmine Milk Tea and their salt & pepper chicken/calimari is amazing.

The almond toast is delicious. It's so big they have to cut out the corners of the foam container to make it fit!

Get the almond milk tea with boba . It's so refreshing!

Coconut flavor has real pieces of coconut in it! My favorite flavor definitely.

Their crispy calamari snack is super yummy! I get mine with an Earl Gray Milk Tea .

I love this place! You guys need to try the blueberry milk tea , peach milk tea ! It's so good!

Taro milk tea with soy milk ! Also, peanut butter thick toast will change your life. Seriously.

If they close early on you, which sometimes they do, you can always go to Boba Loca in Garden Grove
