Perfect surrounding for exercise. Enough equipment for everyone to use. A wonderful place to go
Don't warm up. Apparently you will get policed if you try to warm up using a foam roller because you will "get hurt". Dumbest mindless policing ever.
Staff watches you like a hawk as if it's his mothers equipments. No thank you.
You can't watch your fav program on iPad. Not allowed....why??
