Terminal Eurostar

Available seats has increased from 244 to 460, now that the business lounge has been relocated.Aim for the mezzanine area at the rear of the terminal for better seating availability, stair access only

It was pretty fast to get through passport control w/ an EU passport. They have a Paul bakery inside, a Relay news stand and I guess another food place too.

Long lines , French immigration, then British immigration then security, then waiting once again to board. The process could be better!

The wait! What's wrong with punctuality. I ran through the whole city to get here on time and now we have an hour delay and nothing for our trouble, only the women bathroom closed!

The queue for non-premium class was crazy long. Only after crossing the French side, the queue management was much better on the British side.

Limited food options beyond security control.Check availability of all food outlets to far end of terminal before deciding.No restrictions on bringing food through security from main station concourse

Things that were broken: the info screens; the drinking fountain ; a clock; a urinal; the travelator.

Pretty fast & efficient to get through. The "departure lounge " smelled faintly of socks for some reason.....

I've been here 3 times and every time the queue is so slow. I'm sure it's not Eurostar fault... standing for an hr with a bored 4yo is not a walk in the park

It's basically too small for the amount of people who use the Eurostar. Needs a complete rethink.

Much better now, way more spacious

A bit bland but they're working on it. The queues for the coffee shop are always long so get food before hitting the lounge .

The worst and most inefficient passport control ever.

Very unorderly check-in procedures. Way worse than the London terminal. Chaotic queues with no personnel around. Quite disappointing experience.

En fin de semana llegar con 1 hora o más de antelación. Las ventanillas de migración son bastante lentas.

Arrivés 1h avant le départ prévu, nous sommes montrés dans le train10 min avant... Et finalement 30 min de retard car tout le monde n'avait pas embarqué ! Tu m'étonnes ! Vive St Pancras!
