Love their sweet potato tots and they have gluten free bread . Also gluten free beers and ciders available. Go for the pastured burger or see what the specials are. The special isn't gluten free .
Bratwurst was awesome, especially with the bread , kraut and mustard that was included! Had fries on the side and the Srirachaonaise sauce. I loved both parts and don't know which I loved more!
Great place for local beers and if you're going for drinks and an appetizer definitely get the pile ! Only complaints would be that the place is a little far from downtown Durham.
I dream about Geer Street's banana pudding and their jalapeño hush puppies . This place is a must go for anyone visiting Durham.
Quaint eclectic atmosphere, nice trendy neighborhood . Food and services were superb. Owner was MOD for the evening very enraging with a diverse clientele.
Delightful food in a unique, growing area of Durham. Walking distance to multiple after-dinner delights such as Fullsteam Brewery , Motor Co. and Cocoa Cinnamon .
The banana pudding is simple but so, so worth it. Love their cocktails . Ask about gluten free options ! They're very gf friendly .
Sunday brunch for $10 was plentiful and delicious!
they use local produce here.i grew up in neighborhood so its a blessing to see it thriving!
I like the vibe and location, but the food is so-so. They do have gluten free options , though the menu itself is pretty limited. The all you can eat Sunday brunch is fun!
Nice patio ! This is always where we start out in the area. Be sure to order The Pile , if you are hungry!
Just about everything is great. If you order "The Pile " you'll be pleasantly surprised by the huge plate of awesome that arrives at your table.
Get the Reuben with sweet potatoes . It was fantastic.

Unless you absolutely hate ginger , you need to try the Whiskey Business, it is complex and well balanced. Plus how cool is habanero bourbon ?!?
Got The Pile , fish tacos and the strawberry shortcake ! Everything was great!
Ask them to add bacon and tomato to the grilled pimiento cheese sandwich . Yum! Apple crisp is a great ending.
Awesome hole in the wall place. Fun pub snacks and avg bar . Cool set up
Lovey terrace and a vegetarian-friendly menu make this a stand-out local spot .
A delightful venue for food, fun and stimulating conversation. Enjoy the pretty people and eat great! Hearts.
Piles on piles on #piles - also Wednesday night is pint night - great food and good service
Amazing food as always... Try the risotto special and Ponysaurus Fig Saison while they last!
Fun location and some interesting menu items. The seating aspect is not great since it's shared bench style. If you get stuck next to loud people it's the worst.
Long wait on a Saturday night and not every seat was filled when we were seated. Decided to grab a beer while waiting but they forgot my beer for 10m and gave it to someone else. Food was okay.
During Sunday brunch , put the banana pudding ON TOP of the French toast
Salads are a meal. Fried chicken with arugala is my favorito! Plus the oaxacan is cute !
Food was delicious! Loved the patio seating .
Bloody Marys are not very "bloody", disappointing for the brunch aficionado. Great food and drinks otherwise.
Everything is delicious. The pile is particularly scrumptious
Don't be discouraged by wait time. Took name on tablet for a 30 minute wait. Received a SMS text message in 20 minutes or less.
Try the milk stout . It gives Guinness a run for its money.
Cheese and salami plate is soo good...
the everything but the kitchen fries was amazing! share
Save room for the apple crisp
Their specialty cocktails are ON POINT.
Ask for a side of buffalo sauce with the fried chicken & arugula salad !
Outdoor seating , draft beer , veggie plate .
Simply good. Ice cream sandwich
Great outdoor space and cute / comfortable on the inside
Banana pudding is ENORMOUS. Plan to share!
Get there before 5pm during the week.
Get the pile . Best gluttony EVER!
Sunday brunch buffet is a great value
A safe place to gather for ginger haired people!
The homemade sausage at brunch is awesome.
The pile . So good. So bad for you.
Love their food but you're easily forgotten by the flighty servers.
The Reuben was the best I've had in Durham.
Outside covered seating was very nice!
Digging our neighbor's new food joint in the Garage Bar at Motorco. Came to the pre-opening tasting and they knocked it out of the park. The Bratwurst and the Udon Salad are large and delicious! - Leon Grodski de Barrera
Tried the wild mushroom risotto and the beer brined roasted chicken. Both were cooked very well. The atmosphere was very friendly and nice. They has a wide selection of beers. A great gastropub! - Simal Soydan
